I honestly don’t really know how to start this without sounding a bit emotional so I’ll just say it plainly:
We hit our goal - 101 Poochies by the end of January!
One hundred and one sales, real doggos wearing something that once only existed as an idea in my head!
When I set my January goal, I quietly told myself: “If I can reach 100, I’ll feel like this dream is actually real.”
Thanks to you, we got there. And then one more for good luck 🐶🥰
This brand has always been a dream (and a leap of faith)
Poochie Keen started because I love dogs.
Like, really love dogs.
I’ve spent so many years around them, walking them and caring for them, learning their quirks, and I’ve always felt strongly that dog clothing should be about comfort first. Warmth without bulk. Stretch where it matters. Soft enough for sofa naps, sturdy enough for real walks, and cute enough to make you smile every time you see them.
Every order, message, share, conversation and tag has felt like a little vote of confidence saying:
Yes, this deserves to exist!

This milestone deserved a celebration (Chicken-style)
To celebrate hitting this goal, I’ve booked Chicken into scent work classes! something I’m so excited to watch her enjoy. She’s the heart of Poochie Keen, and the reason this brand exists in the first place!
I truly wouldn’t be here without her.
And just as importantly, we wouldn’t be here without you.

There are so many ideas still to come, more designs, more Keen 2 Help projects, more comfort, more silliness, and more softness and I’m so excited to keep building this, slowly and thoughtfully, with dogs always at the centre.
